THE LEGAL VILLAGE, the legal protection arm of AXA, wanted to digitalise its online appointment booking process. So it was only natural that they called on the Lex4u digital team to think the project through from conception to implementation. Lex4u digital defined the specifications, considered the various workflows, contacted the developers and tested the platform, before successfully putting it into production.
The platform has been online since 2021.
